    Sales Officers - Chennai MTF / Institutions and field locations in Cuddalore ( Pondy) , Dindigul , Villupuram

    Locations : Respective locations :: Chennai for MTF and Cuddalore ( Pondy) , Dindigul , Villupuram
    Reporting to : Marketing Advisor / Head - Sales
    Time frame : Immediate

    Roles :
    MTF To be responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with Key Decision Making Units of MTF in TN and working closely with them to promote the range of KTV products including its premium quality range of sunflower oils , modern and traditional oils.
    To identify the segments that can be productively tapped for placement and promotion on a sustained basis month after month
    To be responsible for achieving volume based targets linked with each MTF by regularly auditing / visiting the MTF outlets and providing feedback to the DMU's on partial / nil stocking , placement and promotional issues , pricing discontinuity etc.
    To be responsible for follow up on payment from MTF
    To increase the presence of KTV products in MTF both in terms of outlets and sku's .
    To expand KTV product placement in currently dormant MTF
    To be able to explain to DMU's the superior margins associated with KTV products and the better Return per sq.ft of shelf space(ROSS) .

    Field Formations :
    Vellore / Krishnagiri
    To be fully responsible for primary sales in the assigned area
    To be thoroughly knowledgeable in the chosen geographical market area , its current inventory of performing FMCG distributors and oil traders
    To be able to guide and control depot operations from viewpoint of primary sales and effective delivery to distributors within the service standard time.
    To be able to lead , control , monitor, motivate and drive secondary sales performance from a team of TSI / ISR .
    To be able to work atleast 6 hours per day with TSI in the field without deviation
    To be able to connect with and drive distributor performance - primary , secondary sales , advance payment schedules to KTV , proper on time and in full ( OTIF) service to outlets especially TOP Outlets , proper coverage of B and C class outlets , focus on company promoted sku's like rigid packings , new outlet service , credit extension , controlling price gouging / undercutting or price exploitation , handling ineffective / dormant distributors to perform or vacate .
    To be responsible for proper collection of market information and intelligence and its forwarding to internal DMU's and suo moto act on market opportunities for effective sales realisation.
    To be fully responsible for timely submission of reports including daily reports by email , periodical reports and passing of local FF claims , handling and distributing scheme benefits to retailers / distributors with proper compliance to set procedures in KTV like photo opps, call and confirm protocols etc.
    To be able to undertake field audits in areas assigned at short notice by the HO
    To be able to organise table / inshop promotional sales during weekends and festival seasons .

    Skills : Excellent stammer free verbal communications, Computer working on excel , word, email , basic mathematics

    Language : Tamil essential , working level proficiency in English required to take part in meetings and understand analysis reports
